Business Intelligence

As part of the executive team for Nice Incontact, we have been assembling a dashboard that allows us to quickly see where we are week to week in our management meeting. We have utilized Microsofts PowerBI which has been easy to use, quick to develop and gives us one area that all groups can publish for our weekly meeting. This also lets us work with our individual reports to share the important KPI’s and have an impact on the results.  No longer do we have different areas of the business sharing spreadsheets, word docs, powerpoints all in a disjointed fashion.  Now there is one place, and one common look and feel.
